Boomin Reunion Band Started in 1987 in Louisiana; Today it Celebrates It's 35th Anniversary and a National TV Show

Back in 1987, the Boomin Reunion Band was formed in Bator Rouge, Louisiana to showcase  top Pop artists of the rock and roll era reprising their famous songs. The concept was a hit, and seminal rock and roll stars like Frankie Ford (Sea Cruise, You Talk Too Much), Ernie K Doe (Mother In Law, Jean Knight (Mr. Big Stuff, Don't Mess With My Toot Toot), Robert Parker (Barefootin), reprised their hits in the very first session. All were New Orleans based performers who had reached national rock and roll acclaim.

Since then, the Boomin Reunion Band has appeared in Las Vegas, Hollywood, Bakersfield, and Reno, gathering the hit makers to create legacy audio and video versions of their hits.

Now, they are being memorialized in a TV show called Boomin Reunion Band. Produced by the TVS Television Network, the series is set for a Fall release on the TVS Opus Network, one of 40 FAST channels on the WatchYour.TV platform, powered by Tulix.

For now, the songs are being showcased on audio streaming services worldwide to promote the series.
